The clinical staff of Over Watch can meet with individuals to address the responder’s specific issues. This can be done in session with just the clinician, or with other team members involved. These sessions can take place at the member’s department or at a neutral location comfortable for the responder. Direct contact with the clinician is scheduled within 48 hours of contacting the agency for services.
